Can we kill it with a deep clean of hospitals?

"It"?: Whatever the noxious superbug you are asking about, of course it can be killed on surfaces--you can bleach / acidify / flame-throw surfaces. Problem is pesky sick patients who keep bringing it back / re-creating it and cannot be treated as harshly or the treatment harms them faster than the bug. Multiple antibiotics to attack from several fronts at once may be future option.
