Sure: Like almost anything else edible, it's not going to make or break your health. I'm going to assume you're not a dialysis patient who can't handle the potassium.

Usually: Bananas are a good source of potassium, B vitamins, Vitamin C and Magnesium. Bananas don’t contain any fat or cholesterol. A remedy for a mosquito bite – rub the bite with the inner part of banana skin to v swelling/ irritation. Bananas contain tryptophan which becomes converted to serotonin. So eating a banana might lift your mood. Eating a banana might also help v heartburn.
