Many: Bananas are low in saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium. They are a good source of dietary fiber, vitamin c, potassium, manganese, and vitamin b6. Go for it.

Almost none: Bananas are not very good for you. They are pure sugar without fiber. People who sell bananas say they have many great qualities, but in reality, they are the only fruit without fiber. The are good if you need an easy to digest sugar. The do have potassium, but there is potassium in many other foods, and most people get plenty of potassium. I tell my patients to avoid bananas.
