Paraplegic: There is interesting work being done. First you must see a rehab med doc who will be able to decide ( it depends on the amount of fixed flexion deformity you have). There is interesting work in europe where they have been implanting micro electrodes in the spinal cord below the lesion and they are able to stimulate the muscles in the legs and get them to move and actually allow walking.
