PatienceAndPersevere: I just got over a similar problem(well, it sounds similar): a really tight hamstring months after an injury.So,hard to touch toes & made jogging somewhat difficult--not horrible,but annoying.So I began a very slow & deliberate stretching program on my own--just gave it attention over six moths, stretching every day several times a day,gently,gently easing further.There were setbacks but today AOK!
