Do dehydration and stress, cause nocturnal siezures to to trigger if i'm epileptic?

They might: Anything which makes your neurons more irritable can potentiate seizures. Stress, lack of sleep, dehydration, certain medications and other factors can make your brain cells more likely to trigger a seizure. But it doesn't mean a seizure will definitely occur. One of the most common causes of seizures in epileptics is inappropriate levels of anti-seizure medications.
