Supplements: Cinnamon is not used in any medical setting. Any practice using this spice is outside of the normal medical community. All foods taken orally are broken down in the stomach. They are not absorbed into your blood stream as the specific product you consumed. This food is not dangerous, but i would doubt any claims of health benefits.
