Worth noting, but : I would consider you lower risk than many given your two past successful pregnancies. With this knowledge in hand at least one of your tubes was not impaired by the pid and likely both. Discuss your concerns with your OB and be aware of any symptoms s/he thinks you should call in for. If you are prepared, you can shift your concern to how to deal with 3 kids.
