My urine is dark, i have pain in the abdomen on the right side. it did not take drugs .. what can it be?

? stone: It could easily be a kidney stone. Depends on what "dark" urine is. Could be blood in the urine but could be gallbladder or liver issues causing bilirubin in the urine. I'd at least go to urgent care and have urine dipped to see what is making urine dark.
