Need more info: There is not enough information here to help you. There are many liver enzymes checked in one blood test and 77 is normal for some of them. Dark urine can be from vitamins, medications or dehydration. Liver is on the right upper side of the abdomen ; not likely to cause left side abdominal pain. Need to follow up with the doctor who ordered your tests to get more info or possibly more tests.
