Maybe: Most of these are self limited viruses. If you can settle her tummy with ice chips and small amounts of fluid she may stay hydrated enough to heal. Single ounce amounts of fluid or fluid rich things like applesauce may help. If she can make pee every 6-8 hrs she is hydrated enough to watch. If she spooks you or doesn't pee for 10-12 hrs she needs to be seen.
