Probably not...: Assuming the floor was not grossly contaminated with body fluids, and that you didn't turn the glove inside out so that the contaminated side came in contact with you, and that you didn't have open sores or cuts on your exposed skin, then the odds are very good that you're okay.

Bad hygiene : Hiv virus will not survive out side body fluids, hep c probably will survive longer time, can't penetrate intact skin, so unlikely to get those infections , that way , despite of being a bad practice of hygiene.
