Suicidal thoughts: If having suicidal thoughts, you need urgent medical attention. You can receive this in an emergency room. Longer term, you will need an ongoing relationship with an outpatient psychiatrist. Looking at your ongoing medications and conditions, i wonder about the effects of Dilaudid and Lorazepam on your mood.
