Get Eye Exam: A full eye exam by an ophthalmologist is needed to see whether you were born with this, whether it has slowly progressed, whether its worse at the end of the day or the beginning, whether you have associated double vision, or whether its eyelid skin sagging that can also run in your family. You are young to have age related eyelid droop. Depending on why surgery may help.

Droopy eyelid: There are several causes of a droopy eyelid. Your best bet would be to have your eyes evaluated by a board certified facial plastic surgeon.
