Evaluation: You need to first talk to your parents about the problems you are having. It is good to have a support system to help you through this process. Then the next step is to have an evaluation by a psychiatrist. They will ask a lot of questions and may do some lab tests to rule out any medical causes of your symptoms. From the information they can then make a diagnosis and discuss treatment.
