Yes: It will depend on the cause of your sensitivity. Decay will need to removed and teeth restored, disease treated and this will decrease sensitivity. Your Sensitive teeth: Most likely. Acidic foods are a big factor. Go on the WEB and check for the worse offenders. Give those up. Seek your dental professional for help. They will have many strategies. Have your MD rule out acid reflux disease.. or GERD. Be patient and persistent and you will be successful.
