Not always: Each case is different and whether or not to take out teeth will be determined by your orthodontist after a careful workup and evaluation which usually includes a clinical exam, x-rays, photos and diagnostic models.

If Teeth Size : Discrepancy is mild, it can be resolved by teeth slenderizing-meaning very minimal removal of the proximal part of the teeth based on the numbers acquired vs. The space available to fit all the teeth together. There's a lot of ways to prevent teeth removal to prevent flattening or narrowing the face and compromising the airway unless - it's wisdom teeth.

Maybe: Each case is different, and hard to analyze over the internet without an examination. A local orthodontist can examine you and devise a treatment plan to accomplish your treatment objectives.
