Which cosmetic surgeries are the riskiest for death?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Major surgery: In general cosmetic surgery rates of problems and the rare incidence of death increases as the amount of tissue dealt with increases. The risk of death is also increased with general instead of local anesthesia. And of course the health of the patient and the age of the patient are factors in assessing the risk.
