Rhinoplasty: The treatment to straighten the nose is called a rhinoplasty. This is a surgical procedure and will cost some money. If there are symptoms of nasal obstruction or difficulty breathing through the nose, it may possibly be covered under an insurance plan if your doctor considers such surgery functional. If it is only cosmetic, most insurances will not cover those costs.
