Need evaluation: By your description, if your nose was not crooked before being elbowed, and became crooked after the elbow, you need to be evaluated clinically and with x-rays to see if you sustained a nasal fracture. If you do have a displaced nasal fracture, and it is not reduced, your nose will most likely remain crooked.
