Many causes: It sounds like someone has started a work-up for your fatigues and nausea; depression, anemia, functional bowel, cholecystitis (gall bladder), hepatitis (inflammation of your liver), B12 deficiency, chronic constipation, inner ear disturbances, chronic infections, etc etc and many more are potential causes. You need to work patiently with your physician to sort out your problem.
