Bleeding after 48 hr: I am reading this on a thursday, that implies 2 days or 9 days after stitches. Bleeding then is not nl healing. See your doc. It could be infected, or have a retained foreign body or both.

Not healing: Bleeding after suturing is a sign of either blood being very thin or re-injury - blood is a rich medium for bacteria - apply neosporin to area and keep this area covered do not unwrap for 4 days. If no improvement need check up with your doctor.
