Sharp axe cut on top of right foot 7 stitchea 2 weeks ago over done it and 1 stitch kinda started bleeding should i give it another day or 2 before removing the stitches?

Allow the surgeon to make that decision. Sometimes the stitches can stay longer than the usual 2 week period. The important thing is to allow proper healing not “ over do it”.
