Need advice on what is the the best lotion to use for dry and irritated skin on my hands?

No best lotion: There is no best lotion available. It's success depends upon a variety of factors eg. The cause of the hand dermatitis and the possible contact dermatitis which may be present. I have used eucerin and aquaphor fodr years for really dry hands.
