U mean to defecate?: The addition of fiber supplementation (either in the form of commercial product or dietary fruits/vegetables/whole grains may result in a few days with increased morning stool bulk. Stool softeners may have additive benefit. What however are your goals--changing your bowel pattern to AM, achieving a complete spontaneous defecation, reduce bloating, etc? Please share your complete concern here.
