What's the best treatment to get rid of thalassemia?

Can not: It is a genetic condition, which can declare itself as anemia. Carriers may have had inborn protection from malaria. You should learn as much as possible about your condition and it's inheritance. Your doc may refer you to a hematologist if your condition is severe.

Doubt you can: Thalassemia is one of those conditions you get from your dna. You inherited information that makesyou produce altered hemaglobin and thats the only kind you will make. There are several forms, some harder to manage with than others. In theory a bone marrow transplant from a compadible doner might fix the problem or kill you in the attempt.
