Talk to your PCP: Discuss your problems with your primary care physician so as to exclude other medical causes of anxiety/panic attacks. If a referral to a mental health provider is needed after your evaluation your pcp will let you know. The good news is that there is help for you but you need to start that process. Good luck.

Start w medical eval: Panic Attacks can be treated with psychotherapy & /or psychiatric medications. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & behavior therapy can be effective. Medications such as SSRI's or SNRI's may be used. Use good stress management. Talk about feelings & address problems. Don't avoid them. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep/ night. Daily physical activity is optimal in a green space. Eat healthfully.
