? Sciatica: You need to provide more specific info. For instance, where in your leg is the tingling? Do you have low back pain? The symptoms you provide suggest that this is sciatica. Consult a rheumatologist or orthopedist.

Leg pain tingling: If you mean elevating your leg, as in bending forward, or while seated, your leg is extended, sometimes more than 90 degrees, then this might be a lumbar nerve problem (compressive radiculopathy). If you mean something else by using word elevated, then it might be a circulatory issue, but that is not likely.
