What to do if i have osgood schlatters disease should i quit sports?

No. Would not make: Any difference to it. Its unlikely to get worse (or the bony lump/swelling getting bigger) as the its growth stops at ages 11-13 in girls and 13-15 in boys. So quitting sports will not make any difference.

At 34, it's not O-S: Osgood-schlatter is a condition involving a portion of the tibial growth plate at the insertion of the patellar tendon. It is associated with tight quadriceps (especially the rectus femoris). It resolves when the growth plates close (usually around 14 for girls and 16 for boys). If it is persisting, it may be "jumper's knee" and can be treated with similar modalities (stretch/ice/nsaid).
