Need to find out why: Does your son have narrow palate and nasal passages, obstructive tonsils/adenoids/ allergies, malocclusion, or other causes of obstruction? See both your physician and dentist to determine cause, then proper treatment can be chosen. If your son is a chronic mouth breather it can adversely affect his dental health.
