Good : But not "normal" extra medications and some need for exams, attention to details, and avoidance of smoke, inhalation of toxic substances etc.

Yes: The goal of lung transplantation is to improve respiratory symptoms. As long as the transplanted lungs function normally, you should be able to do most of what you could do prior to onset of symptoms.
