Years: Life expectancy for a double lung transplant for COPD is around 90% at 1 year, 60% at 5 years and 15% at 10 years.

See below: Latest data quote the average life expectancy after a double lung transplant as 6.8 years. It may be a little lower for COPD as some other diseases have better outcomes but it will be in a similar ballpark.
