Sleep more: Discuss with your doctor asap. It can be dangerous to be so sleepy. It sounds like you are sleep deprived due to your shift schedule. If this is the case you'll need to allow yourself to sleep more. Practice what is called "sleep hygiene." keep your room absolutely dark, quiet, and cool. Allow adequate time for sleeping (up to 8-9 hours). Read about sleep hygiene.
