Are they blackheads?: Look at an internet image of keratosis pilaris. It might be that this is the condition you have. It will help to have more info about where they are located, whether you also have similar rash on the back of your upper arms and/or cheeks (face). If they really are blackheads, buying some benzoyl peroxide cream or gel and applying that 1-2 x per day after washing well with an acne wash can help.
