Unusual: I am not sure why you are having acne on your legs as this is a bit unusual. There are some excellent treatments for this type of acne. See your derm or PCP for treatment recommendations. These are frequently topical treatments.

Dark marks: Piercing your skin is an injury that on healing, can leave dark marks, or PostInflammatory Hyperpigmentation. This can take months to years to fade. Try not to squeeze or scratch skin lesions. Causing an infection there can cause worse inflammation and discoloration.
