Possible cushings disease diagnosis, but recently i've been having small blackheads on my upper thigh. could they be connected in some way?

Possibly: Cushing's disease leads to excessive steroid production by the body. This can lead to skin disease and acne type symptoms. Not certain why it is localized to the upper thigh. You should have this evaluated by your doctor. The cushing's disease should also be clarified and the cause (is it from a pituitary tumor?) addressed.
