Hard to say: Do you shave in those areas? You may be getting irritation of the hair follicles which can cause pimple-like sores. Make sure that you are keeping the area clean. You can use moist wipes to clean when you go to the bathroom. If it's getting worse, or any of them swell and feel like there is fluid inside, see your doctor. There may be an infection.
