How can i tell if my foot is fractured or sprained?

Foot injury : You should have an exam of the foot and an x-ray thats the first place to start . In some cases you need a MRI or bone scan . I would see a podiatrist.

Go to the podiatrist: You need to have your foot examined and xrays would be able to tell if you have fractured anything.

X-ray: An x-ray can show if there is an underlying fracture. You may have a soft tissue injury if it is just a sprain and may have damaged the muscle, tendon, or ligaments in the area. Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.
