Twisting injury knee: A twisting injury to the knee can be associated with both cartilage --meniscal and/or articular cartilage injury as well as ligamentous injury (e.g. Mcl/acl/lcl/pcl); a careful examination and radiographic MRI imaging is paramount to diagnosis the injury.
