I had knee injury i was trying to hit the ball with right but my left foot didnt move but my left knee moved and twisted and i heard a sound of cracking and lots of pain and after 3 weeksi can move on it but still have pain when i make it straight?

3 weeks overdue having a Physician, preferably an Orthopedic Surgeon, examine your knee. Time does not heal all wounds.
