Yes: Easily. It takes 12 hours for cardiac enzymes to turn positive so by 24 hours, they will be positive if a heart attack has occurred.

Yes: Ekg or troponins blood levels may still be effective. Coronary angio, echo, or catheterization may be necessary to, assess damage and therapies.
