Neuropathy plus?: I'm not sure all three things go together. Abnormal skin sensations, such as 'numbness' or itchiness, can result from diseases of the peripheral nerves, and some of those also affect motor nerves and can cause weakness and muscle spasms. So perhaps you have such a disease, called 'neuropathy'. Hair loss doesn't usually go with that. See your doctor for a full evaluation.
