Laziness: Were you always lacking in motivation or is this a change in behavior? If you always have been this way, then consider going to a motivational seminar or reading a self- help book. I don't know how to motivate someone who is intrinsically lazy. However, if this is a change for you, it could be a symptom. Pattern or change?: If laziness is a pattern in your life, it will take work and commitment on your part to change. Find a good life or business coach and work with him/her. The goal would be accountability for completing the steps you create towards goals you select. If this is a change in your behavior, you need to see a doctor to evaluate possible depression & conditions which simulate it. Talk therapy too.
