Many Choices: If you feel uncertain where to turn, don't let indecision keep you from getting aid. Psychiatrists, psychologists, counselors are wonderful help. If you don't know which one to turn to, speak first to your primary care provider, a clergy member, friend, help or crisis center. If symptoms are severe or you have thoughts of death or suicide, go directly to an emergency room & they will assist.
