What to do if i picked the inside of my plantar wart on the heel of my foot and i am scared?

Warts : You can apply a topical antibiotic cream. Warts are caused by a virus so the cream only helps treat secondary infections. I would see a podiatrist for this problem. These are difficult to treat because the skin on the heel is very deep. The cutera laser is very effective for these warts. Also acid and freezing treatments work well but these need to be debrided and treated best done by podiatrist.

Don't pick!: Doctors are allowed to pick at things, but that's because we went to school to learn how. We're professional pickers. See a podiatrist for options on treating your wart that don't involve self-surgery!
