I just got a fluoride treatment at the dentist. should i continue using the fluoride topical cream on my teeth every night?

Generally not: Unless your dentist gave you Fluoride trays for home treatment, then no. Fluoride toothpaste should suffice.

Yes: Fluoride is constantly being depleted from your teeth. The treatment you get a the dentist gives a big boost to the Fluoride that is incorporated into your teeth. The smaller amount of topical Fluoride you use daily helps maintain these levels between dental visits.
