Paresthesias: Transient ones are common in panic disorders/hyperventilation syndrome, or when pressure applied to the nerve. Chronic ones can result from poor circulation or malnutrition or vitamin deficiency or diabetes or hypothyroidism, or other causes of nerve irritation.
