See below: The tingling in the fingers can be from a peripheral problem like carpal tunnel syndrome or a central one like a cervical radiculopathy. The shaky hands is a little less specific. It could be related to some central neurologic problem such as parkinsons or other problems in the head. I would seen the neurologist to evaluate the tremors and possible undergo a workup for both symptoms.
