A member asked:

What causes tingling in the hands and fingers?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Many causes: If both hands at once, can be hyperventilation (breathing too fast when anxious), low blood pressure, alcohol abuse, diabetes, and other nerve diseases (neuropathies). One sided symptoms can be a pinched nerve in neck, low blood flow into arm from thoracic outlet syndrome. Should be seen by doctor to sort out the cause if persisting.
