Sounds c/w nerve : Perhaps you use your hands for repetitive activity such as keyboard activities, and a flexion/extension of your wrists can cause a synovitis at the wrist with subsequent carpal tunnel syndrome, but could be at elbow as an alternative explanation. You may need an EMG test to pin this down, but usually quite reversible.
